That pretty much sums up the shape of this disc. Round with a funny lookin' bump in the middle.

This is the cousin to the backbone. (which has a slight bump, but its really exaggerated with this mold.)

Just like the backbone it takes a little bit to get used to. With its round rim it is different from most other discs. Some people swear at it, but anyone who has actually tried it swears by it.
