The plastic on the Sinus AP and Sinus SP (same mold) is a little less shiny than the Medius and Primitus, and the top is completely flat. Interestingly, there are three rough areas on the top for a better thumb grip, and they're different degrees of roughness, like sandpaper. Cool.
