By default, we install rubber tee pads over a packed stone dust base which is encased by timbers. The top of the tee pads are installed flush with the ground to allow for longer run ups and safe follow throughs. There are many basket types and options (flags, tee signs, benches) which can be determined based on your needs and budget.
