The foils are not adhered smoothly around the edges. I doubt anyone would easily notice the loose foil if the disc was hung on a wall or otherwise on display as a decorative item. They will probably fly weird in this condition. Perhaps a steady hand could trim the foil to a narrower circle that lays completely flat.
