Return Policy

We accept returns on any items that are unthrown, unmarked, or generally unused (some exclusions apply, such as mystery boxes/GYROpalooza Boxes). If you’d like to send something new back to us, go right ahead, and we’ll happily offer you a refund or an exchange (shipping rates may apply) as soon as your return arrives back to us. If you send us the tracking for your return we may be able to give you your refund/exchange sooner. If you’re looking to make a return or an exchange, we ask that you cover the return shipping to get it back to us. Please send all returns to 103 Marshall Street – Leicester MA, 01524, and be sure to include your order number so we can easily identify what you’re sending us. In some cases, if you received free shipping on your original order, your refund for your return may be reduced to exclude the original shipping cost of the order.

If there is an issue of some kind with your order, please reach out to us via email (info@marshallstreetdiscgolf.com). We will generally ask for pictures of most issues, but if we made a mistake we’ll provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, or mediate an alternative solution for you, whatever we can do to make it right.

Refunds on Defective Products

You can get a full refund on defective goods anytime but usually within a reasonable amount of time like 30 days. We will generally provide a pre-paid return label for such defective goods. We require pictures of any defect to be emailed to info@marshallstreetdiscgolf.com before we can offer any refund/return. Sometimes we need proof in order to get our own refund from the manufacturer. In general, however, if we make a mistake on your order we’ll fix it, without further inconveniencing you. We do not offer refunds for mystery box products of any kind, from any brand, including such products as MVP’s GYROpalooza Boxes. 

We generally do not consider “puddle tops” defective! In some cases with extreme puddle, or if the puddle is uneven, we will consider that a defect.

Reshipment Policy

Unfortunately, sometimes packages get returned to us from USPS or UPS. We’ve found this can happen for a slew of reasons, but it can also be for no reason whatsoever. If a package is returned because of an incorrectly entered shipping address, it is our policy to ask the customer to cover the reshipment of the order, regardless of whether or not the order qualified for free shipping. If the return is not because of customer error or is inexplicable, we will cover the cost of the reship.

Lost Packages

If you are concerned that your package may not be delivered, or the tracking says “delivered” incorrectly, please let us know. Our policy is to wait 14 days after shipment before we’re able to offer a refund or replacements. This is because it takes that long for USPS to allow us to file a missing package claim, and more often than not, packages that are delayed end up getting delivered within that time-frame. Once 14 days have passed, we will file the missing package claim, and will be able to offer a refund or similar replacements for the order. Please DO NOT file a missing package claim yourself! It will make it so we can’t submit any of our own evidence, and lowers the chance of approval exponentially as well as your wait time for resolution.

Colors and Weights

We take a picture of each and every disc sitting on a scale. The weight that we list for each disc is a rounded version of the weight that we got from the scale (if it’s 173.5 we round up to 174g). We DO NOT list manufacturer weights. It is possible that a disc may have a stickered or embossed weight that does not match our listing. Our listing is always for the true weight, not what the manufacturer says it is.

We try our best to name our color names as close as we can, but our colors are meant to be basic generalizations, as there is a picture of every disc available. Please regard the pictures of the discs for the most accurate representation of their appearance.

Advertised Specials/Discounts

*Some Exclusions Apply* Generally, our manufacturer discounts DO NOT include bags, baskets, carts, pre-order products, dyed discs, or umbrellas. Unless otherwise stated, these exclusions apply to all of our discounts.

Live Inventory With Disc Pictures

We have live inventory. You can choose the disc you want by seeing a picture of it (or an identical disc of the same full-gram weight) on a scale.

Shipping Within the Continental United States

Shipping is free on all domestic orders over $55. We charge a flat rate $8.45 shipping fee for orders under $55 dollars. If your order is only one disc, you’ll be given the option to it have it shipped via First Class mail for a flat rate of $5.50. We ship orders via either USPS or UPS depending on your location. If you have a preference of one over the other then please make use of the customer comment field when you place your order and let us know your preference. Please keep in mind that if your requested service costs significantly more than another service with similar speed, we may not be able to fulfill your request. In such a situation, we will contact you via email. All our baskets ship for free directly from the manufacturer.

International Shipping

Shipments going to international addresses are subject to additional fees. We ship international orders through USPS. Our website automatically applies an estimated shipping cost.

If the cost to ship your order ends up being less than the flat rate we charged, then we will refund you the overages. We also reserve the right to ask an international customer to cover any additional shipping cost that exceeds what was already paid. Please expect any order that contains a basket, bag, cart, or large accessory to cost more than the flat rate. Such items or orders will not be shipped if the extra cost is not paid.

Your Privacy

We will not share your email, snail mail, name, phone numbers, or any other information with anybody at all, except the people who work here who need to know your information to ship your order. We do collect customer e-mail addresses for our own electronic newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Cancelled Orders

All cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

SMS Policy

By using our SMS services, you agree to our policy. We send SMS messages for transactional and promotional purposes with your consent. We prioritize your privacy and data security and will not share your information with third parties without your consent. You can opt out of promotional messages anytime, but message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier. We may update this policy and encourage you to periodically review it.

Security

All personal and financial information of customers are encrypted during transmission using SSL/TLS protocols.  Sensitive data such as credit cards numbers are not stored on our servers or our website.  If you save your credit card info to your account, that’s saved on Stripe’s servers.  Our website is one of the most secure Disc Golf Pro Shops online.  We are proud to score an A+ by SSL Labs for how secure our server is and we score an A on our security headers.
