Aerobie Epic
Grandfathered in by the PDGA, but the last of its kind in terms of PDGA Approval. Future versions are illegal.
This is a unique disc that Aerobie created by accident. It’s rim is not the same width — asymmetrical epicyclic design. It floats on water, flies farther into headwind, and is the only frisbee golf disc that will rotate 360 degrees when thrown upside down.
It also will not hold permanent marker, and generally is the most different golf disc among all golf discs. Frequently banned from distance competitions, the PDGA decreed that while it approved the Epic, it will no longer approve discs with similar design elements in the future.
