Launched in 2004, the R-Pro Hydra comes in one weight — heavy, and it’s kinda weird. Why should a relatively slow disc float on water? Because it’s not going to make it over the pond.
Surprisingly, the Hydra offers excellent control, has a generally neutral flight, and — yes — it floats on water.
