I’ve been chasing a forehand approach disc with a straight finish that isn’t understable and this finally fit the bill. It’s relatively easy to find overstable approach discs but finding the sweet spot of a disc that doesn’t fade but won’t turn and burn is tricky. The chief will hold most lines you give it on a touch forehand and it’ll give you a gentle landing. The shallow rim and large diameter make for a super comfortable grip and the minimal bead makes it the perfect backhand approach for anyone looking for a slightly longer wizard. Diamond plastic is some of the best premium on the market but if you’re not sold on it, gateway has a plethora of options.
