The Sonic’s design is inspired by the Hero 235, a disc originally crafted for canine freestyle and catch sports. Innova adapted this mold to create a disc suitable for disc golf, resulting in the Sonic’s distinctive low-profile and grooved rim, which offers excellent thumb traction and a comfortable grip.
