With the variety of plastics gateway produces it can be hard to choose which one you want. The base plastics (SS,SSS,SSSS) all have a somewhat chalky grippy feel to them, like an eraser of differing densities. The nylon blend feels much denser than any of the base blends and has more of a waxy grip, at least in the SS, and is quite a bit firmer than expected. It feels like only a tiny step down from a premium plastic.
