I normally don’t review, but I feel this is an incredibly underrated disc. For my RHBH throw, the A4 is the most reliable approach disc in my bag. I don’t use it much for longer, more open courses, but for shorter, more accuracy based courses, this is pretty much the only disc I need.
It’ll fly dead straight for 100′-150′ approach shots, with little fade at the end, or I can use it to drive ~175′ shots with a strong fade finish; and cos of the low speed, with a little annie, it’ll weave in and out of trees, whether you’re shooting it 50′ or 150′. It also functions as a great long putter, again, with a bit of fade at the end.
I would highly recommend getting a tougher plastic, my first one was bought used, in 300 plastic, and although the rim is wavy gravy, it still holds whatever line I put on it, it hasn’t affected the flight path in the least.
All in all, this is one of the few discs I absolutely must have when playing shorter, tree-lined courses. Do yourself a favor!!
