So his big thought at the moment was that today's current drivers fly too fast and are inherently too dangerous. Ummmmmmmmmmm, what do you say? So fairly recently Dave McCormack called and he was into an old idea in a new way. One thing about David is that he’s always sincerely, and generally nutty.

So his big thought at the moment was that today’s current drivers fly too fast and are inherently too dangerous. Ummmmmmmmmmm, what do you say?

Jeremy Rusco, always the realist, tells him, Sounds like you want to sell fewer discs, which is pretty funny. Besides, no one’s taking away our high speed drivers, safety be damned. It’s actually very much like trying to ban guns, or alcohol, or gambling. Or pot. Namely, once we’ve got a taste of something we like, there’s no voluntarily turning back. There are certainly exceptions.

Anyway, this beauty is low profile, and at 2.2 cm, as fast as a Destroyer, with kind of a similar flight. And it’s too fast if you’re really worried.

But think about foul balls in baseball, or how a golf ball could kill. A female friend of mine had a big welt on her forearm for weeks from an errant ball golf shot.

We just have to hard wire it into our brains that you should never throw a disc golf shot that might hit somebody.
